SSC Departmental Recruitment 2014 – Lower Grade Examination: SSC has recently announced Lower Division Departmental Examination 2014. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has posted an examination notification for conducting Lower Division Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2014. Applications are invited for filling up various vacancies in Lower Division Grade reserved for regularly appointed Group 'C' Staff in the Grade Pay of Rs. 1800 in various Board. Departmental Examination has been scheduled to be held on 23rd March 2014. Eligible department candidates can submit their application in the prescribed before 7th February 2014. Name of Examination: Lower Division Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2014

Name of the Post: Group 'C' Staff

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 45 years as on 01-01-2014. Age limit is relaxation as per the Govt. rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ Class 12th Standard examination from any recognized Board or its equivalent.

Application Fee: There is no application fee for the above mentioned posts. Candidates don’t need to pay any amount for department openings in SSC.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the written examination.

SSC Department Exam Pattern: Check ou the SSC Lower Grade Departmental Examination Schedule. Examination will be held in 2 shifts.

Part I: Short Essay (100 marks of 1 hour 30 minutes)

Part II: Language (50 marks) & General Knowledge (50 marks) (2 hours)
